IMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE CUSTOMER AND LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND LIABILITY

If, within one year from the date of purchase, the product is proved to be defective due to materials or workmanship, the exclusive remedy, at Stompin-Ground's option, shall be to refund the purchase price of or to repair or replace the defective product. Stompin-Ground shall not otherwise be liable for loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including negligence, warranty, or strict liability. All returns must have prior authorization and be sent with postage and insurance prepaid.
