Limited Lifetime Warranty

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE CUSTOMER AND LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND LIABILITY

If a Stompin-Ground brand product is proved to be defective due to our materials or workmanship, the exclusive remedy, at Stompin-Ground's option, shall be to refund the purchase price of or to repair or replace the defective product or component. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any failures caused by the user, the environment in which it is used or that happen beyond the normal life span of the product. Stompin-Ground shall not otherwise be liable for loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including negligence, warranty, or strict liability. All returns must have prior authorization and be sent with shipping and insurance prepaid in both directions.
