If your cart's value is over $99 and contains any of the "Excluded Items" listed below, you are not allowed to use the free shipping offer.

Excluded Items
• Stompin-Ground Pedalboards (our brand).
• Stompin-Ground Cases  (includes pedalboard, rackmount and all other cases we make).
• Any items on a page that fail to specifically mention "qualifies for free shipping" are NOT allowed.

Ordering Mixed Items
Qualified and non-qualified.  You may choose to make 2 separate orders to receive a discount...  one containing qualified free shipping items and one that does not... Just pay for shipping on the non-qualified order.  We generally combine those orders to ship as if you ordered them together.

Insurance
Insurance is not included with any special rate shipping.  If you wish to insure your package against loss or damage, please purchase insurance here.

Shipping Address Verification
Your shipping address must be a recognized address by the USPS database.  You may verify your address by doing a simple ZIP Code Lookup.  Follow the link from the USPS site to Find a ZIP Code or try here.  Enter your Street Address, City and State and submit to verify.  If you can't verify your address, you do not qualify for free shipping.
