Address Corrections:  In short, this is easy... Please supply us with a detailed shipping address.  CLEAR AND COMPLETE.  It's that simple.  Avoid some abbreviations or shortcut as much as possible.  If you need to clarify your delivery address beyond the normal order form, please do so in the "special instructions" in the shopping cart or promptly in a separate email or phone call.  If a delivery attempt on a package needs to be corrected by the carrier, you may be subject to pay the fees associated with the correction.  For example, the US Post Office may return it at a cost to us that will be billed to you.  UPS may make the correction and deliver it at a fee that we pass on to you.  We may charge you a minimum of $10 to correct or update an address after it has shipped.   If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for any fees associated with the return.

Shipping Charge Notes: Most items are calculated automatically within the shopping cart making it easy to get the total cost.  Just select your proper shipping zone and click "add shipping".  Shipping charges are based on actual or dimensional weight.  For some of the larger cases, additional oversize surcharges and/or truck freight may apply. We reserve the right to modify shipping charges however we will always notify you if an adjustment is necessary for your approval.  Some addresses such as to HI, AK, International, APO/ FPO or other addresses may not total correctly when you check out or may not be shippable depending on the weight and size.  We will email you if an adjustment needs to be made.
