We will do all we can to assure a safe and timely delivery of your
package however our responsibility is limited to the time your package
is accepted by the shipping service. It is up to the shipping
service and customs to complete the delivery process to you.
You must purchase the proper insurance
with your order to be able to make an insurance claim. We
will make every effort to resolve any delivery issues, make insurance
claims and track packages on your behalf within the limits of the
service you select.
In short, this is easy... Please supply us with a detailed shipping
address. CLEAR AND COMPLETE. It's that simple.
Avoid some abbreviations or shortcut as much as possible.
If you need to clarify your delivery address beyond the normal order
form, please do so in the "special instructions" in the
shopping cart or promptly in a separate email or phone call.
If a delivery attempt on a package needs to be corrected by the
carrier, you may be subject to pay the fees associated with the
correction. For example, the US Post Office may return it
at a cost to us that will be billed to you. UPS may make the
correction and deliver it at a fee that we pass on to you.
We may charge you a minimum of $10 to correct or update an address
after it has shipped. If your package is returned to us for
any reason, you will be responsible for any fees associated with
the return.
Most orders will have automatic shipping amounts calculated in the
shopping cart. Some shipping charges may be manually calculated
after your order is placed based on the total weight, the shipping
location and method used (generally UPS or USPS). If shipping is
not added correctly in the cart, we'll email you the shipping options
for your approval usually within 1-2 business days. This is
especially true for large items such as cases. Some large
items may not be shippable to your region.
USPS services are listed as your choices. Alternately we ship
to Canada by UPS Standard Ground service. Prices vary widely to

Actual times seem to be longer from our experience and we've had
several long delays from time to time. There may also be additional
time for customs clearance in your country to release the package
for delivery. If there needs to be any insurance claim or
if you are trying to track down a delayed package, that process
can take an extended amount of time. You must purchase
the proper insurance with your order
to be able to make an insurance claim. We will not be responsible
for any charges to return a package to you if it has been redirected
back to us for any reason.
Some articles may be
subject to an import license or have quantity restrictions. It's
up to you to know whether the articles will be admitted in your
country or whether any necessary documents are required. You may
be subject to import duties and taxes once the package reaches your
country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility;
we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they
may be. When ordering from Stompin-Ground.com, you are considered
the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the
country in which you are receiving the goods. Please contact your
local customs office for further information. Customs forms for
all international packages will list the value of your order's contents.
