| Due to the custom nature of our products, please
help us and yourself by carefully choosing the correct merchandise
when ordering. Keep in mind Stompin-Ground.com is not a huge
mega-mall or mass merchandiser. We have great products and
personal service and in turn, our return and cancellation policy
has some limitations.
You will be assessed the regular full
shipping charge for each returned item regardless of any free or
discounted shipping you may have received on your order. Shipping
charges and insurance are not refundable and the restocking and/or
service fees listed will apply. See "Definitions"
below. You should contact us in the event you want to cancel an
order or return merchandise and, by following the guidelines below,
we will determine the fee to do so. All returned items need prior
authorization. A return authorization number (RMA#) will be
issued to you. All items are to be shipped back within 10
days of delivery. You are solely responsible for all shipping charges
and the returned merchandise must arrive at the location we specify
in perfect, unused, like-new, re-saleable condition with all packaging
and documents intact. All returns must have tracking numbers
with postage and insurance prepaid.
Cancellation requests may be subject to a 4% fee. We can periodically
waive the cancellation fee on credit cards if the funds have not
been officially settled. Settlement is done automatically
after ordering so quick notification is important but does not guarantee
a fee waiver. Paypal payments have a longer grace period.
We will do what we can however we are charged transaction fees regardless
by the card processor. Cancellation requests must be
made prior to shipping "In-Stock" items or the start of
production for "Made-to-Order", "Custom" or
"Exception" items. Canceling an order after this
time will be subject to the other fees listed under "Definitions"
below. In some cases we may be able to give you store credit for
merchandise that could reduce or eliminate the cancellation fee.
If you have an item more than 10 days
after delivery, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly
for warranty service. All other returned items need prior
authorization and are limited to the manufacturers warranty.
A return authorization number (RMA#) will be issued to you.
The exclusive remedy, at Stompin-Ground's option, shall be to refund
the purchase price of or to repair or replace the defective product.
All returns must have tracking numbers with postage and insurance
prepaid. Stompin-Ground shall not otherwise be liable for
any shipping charges, loss or damages, whether direct, indirect,
special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory
asserted, including negligence, warranty, or strict liability.
"In-Stock" items are general pre-manufactured stock merchandise
or pedalboard items listed on our in-stock
page. Returns for in-stock items are subject to a 15%
restocking fee.
"Made-to-order"refers to non-custom pedalboards or cases
without optional features and are specifically listed sizes on our
website. Returns for made-to-order items are subject to a
20% fee.
"Custom" items refer to all custom, non-standard, odd
sized or any other pedalboards or cases with optional features that
we specifically manufacture for you. This also includes custom
pedalboard patch cables, custom power cables, custom instrument
cables or any other item that is referred to as "custom"
on the website. Returns for custom items are subject to a
50% fee.
Items that are not normally ordered off the website that require
a manual ordering process or where a special page was created for
you to order your item(s) may not be returnable. We will review
these on a case by case basis.
