The shopping cart order forms are designed primarily
for shipping in the US and may have limited space for your address.
The details ask for your name, company and other address info. You
may use the "Company" line as part of your address if
there is not enough room elsewhere. You may enter it precisely under
the "Special Instructions" to clarify. It's up to
you to supply us with all the necessary info.

quite fit precisely as it should on our order form, please fill
