Our SSL Secure Server encrypts credit card information across the Internet. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. We thoroughly screen credit card purchases to protect everyone from fraudulent use. There is a short delay from the time you place your order until the time your credit card is processed, usually between 0 and 24 hours as your card goes through that screening process.

Important! When you check out after shopping, you will need to supply us with all the correct credit card billing information including the card number, expiration date, credit card verification number (CCV#) and both your credit card billing address and your shipping address. If any of this is incorrect, expect a delay to process your order until we obtain the correct info. To avoid this, simply supply us the all the correct information.

Most pedalboards and cases are made to order and payment will be in advance before production starts on those items.

When completing your order at check out, you must provide us with both the credit card billing address and the delivery address. We primarily ship to the credit card billing address only.

If you need to ship to an address other than the credit card billing address we may authorize that by another means on a case by case basis. To avoid delays, you may contact your credit card provider and ask to add a shipping address to their records. Please be sure to include your credit card's customer service phone number located on the back of the card so we can verify payment. We might ask you to contact your credit card provider and retrieve information we will give them. You will then need to provide us with that info to verify you are the authorized cardholder. To avoid delays, have your order delivered to your credit card billing address.
